I’ve been seeing Lindsay Cooke for about 4 years now and she has been so amazing! I went through a couple therapists before i found her and something with us just clicked for me. I've been with my therapist, Lindsay, for over a year. She conducts her sessions professionally, uses resources, and provides evidence-based guidance. She promotes a judgement-free, safe environment. Lindsay is extremely professional and genuinely cares about her patients. Woth me she took the time to help me confront issues, and teach the skills necessary to overcome them. If you need someone to go to I hight recommend her, hands down.

After searching for a therapist who could help me with a substance issue, I landed at Lindsey. She managed to address the issue directly while also making me feel comfortable. I can confidently say that in about 3 months I managed to make some major changes and now I’m doing better than I’ve been in a long time. Meeting with Lindsey was the first step I took in making some pretty amazing choices. She’s also very hands on, flexible and understanding with scheduling and phone calls.
