Lacking transparency in term if a recurrent software problem. Multiple attempts to come in to have problem fixed only to get rescheduled and unresolved. No loaner available- waiting for hours only to be told once and again- problem cannot be fixed. It is the carplay / bluetooth function that was listed as part of the accessory on the window sticket- what I paid for and ended up not being able to use for over a year and a half! Pretty done with Gm in general and GM Lindsay specifically
