Great experience
When they sell you a car they are the best in the world. But when you call to make an appointment for some problem with your car they transfer you to a thousand places and it is almost impossible.. I have two cars with them and I do not recommend the service they give after you buy the cars ..costumer Service no Good for that
I was on an 8 hr road trip and discovered my AC was giving out on me, so I pulled in here. The team was gracious enough to squeeze me in. While the team was pleasant to work with, my car's issue was completely misdiagnosed, and $400 worth of work was done on it for nothing. I tried to call (for more than 5 days straight) and could never get a hold of two different managers - always leaving voicemails with no return call. Once again Lindsay Chevrolet’s service department proves themselves as the best in the business. This was my first time working with Jonathan Menjivar and he was an absolute professional who addressed all of my concerns, answered my questions, and provided me with consistent and honest updates throughout my visit. My truck was properly serviced and he had the job complete faster than I expected. Thanks again to Lindsay and Jonathan.
