Let me start by saying that I bought 2 Cadillacs from this location. Last one was 2023 CT5 Blackwing. Took it for oil change last year (2024) and the technician found nails on my tires. They recommend replacing the tires and gave me a loaner to get around for a day till the tires were replaced. Expensive but I loved the way I was treated. When I got the car a day after, they recommended to purchase an insure for the tires, so I did not have to pay for 3 years. I paid $1,800 and left. '21 XT6 wouldn't start while in town visiting family. Danny, service rep realized my senses of urgency. I got car towed in. Danny was pro-active in getting car diagnosed. We have now been waiting for 3 weeks for Jennifer to get back with us to fix a transmission problem on our new XT5. The car has been to Village Cadillac twice for repair/service and Village Cadillac has been unable to fix the problem. I believe at this point Jennifer has washed her hands of us and no longer wants to try and resolve the transmission problem with our XT5. Just pathetic service from Village Cadillac!!!
I love my new Car, but I will never buy, or recommend any of my friends and family to buy anything from this dealer ever. The young man Gino was my salesman, charming at first, but later untruthful, and deceitful. Gino called me and asked to sell me a car… I told him if I looked for another car, I would call him first. My Service Advisor David Anderson was fine. My complaint is that I bought tires and was told that the tires would arrive at 2pm and be installed. I took a LYFT home at 10am in anticipation of getting back to Jessup to pick up my car by 3-4. By 4pm I heard nothing, and I called the service department to talk to someone. I was told by the operator that there was no one available and I have to wait. I called back around 4:30 and was told the same thing. I had an appt at 6pm which I was worried I would miss.
