Appointment was made for state inspection at 8 am. Received an email that it was cancelled. Dropped off truck at 6:20 expecting it to be ready for pickup during lunch break to do my other errands. Called about 9:30 stating delivery truck was blocking bay. Received call later stating found an issue while doing inspection. Told to complete repair. Will notify when ready. No notification. We had an issue with our car doors not locking. GMC Lindsey found the problem, improperly installed wiring harness, and worked out repairs and payment through the company that replaced the door, due to an accident in which we were not at fault, and still under that company's warranty.
Great customer service, very helpful advisors and knowledgeable technicians. Went above and beyond to get my car fixed. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly for an oil change and state inspection. Servicing was done while I waited in their comfortable lounge. Explained servicing details clearly and advised me of upcoming service they may be needed on my vehicle.
