I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before using this service department. I brought my 2025 Chevrolet Suburban in for an abnormal engine-related noise. The vehicle stayed at the dealership for 21 days, yet according to the service records it was driven only about 25 miles, with no meaningful diagnostic work performed. Had been there the previous day looking at a car and left saying I'll sell my trade-in to carmax and then come back. Traded emails with them about coming in at 1pm. I arrive and they tell me the car has been promised to someone else. No call, text or email letting me know. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My salesman Ken was awesome, really enjoyed my experience and looking forward to more trucks in future, TY for being decent humans and not pushy or arrogant just casual and knowledgeable.
