This place has become the worst in the area. Cars are always getting broken into, maintenance is terrible, dumpsters always overfilled. There’s at least 1 dryer or washer always broken. Recently got a new manger, she is constantly shutting the pool down, open about once-twice a week now. Heavy smoking in the units!
Zero security at the apartments, the window of my car was busted 2023, my siblings car window was busted in the assigned parking and personal belongings were stolen 2024. Just today 5/13/25 personal belongings were stolen from my friends car in parking lot Be careful it’s been ongoing, someone is coming by each day to check the cars and steal.
Since these apartments has been bought out to WestoCo Equities, the service has declined. Terrible management and communication. Work orders aren’t finished. Platform to pay rent online doesn’t work accurately. I would not recommend.
zero security at Lindsay Apartments and cars getting broken into including mine twice. Wish I could move out of here quick.
Went there to visit a friend and the place was nice, big living room and kitchen was decent sized. Bedrooms were surprisingly big as well.
