Very bad communication, they told me I was two days early and the insurance wont cover, oh but they told me that when I was already in the clinic when I had my appointment, very unprofesional if you ask me. So I changed dentist I recomend "THE KIDS DENTIST HERE IN GIG HARBOR VERY CLEAN PLACE AND THE OFICE IS BRAND NEW THEY JUST BUILD IT!"

Originally went in for sealants, when they were already half way through grinding at my teeth they let me know that they didn't realize that they were actually cavities and proceeded to work on my teeth with no numbing whatsoever. It was extremely painful, the female dentist would ask if it hurt and when I would tell her yes she would continue doing what she was doing regardless of my visible discomfort. I'd give zero stars if I could. The saving grace of this office is their fabulous clerical and assistant staff. The dentist however, was by far the worst dentist I've been to. I get that this is a kid's clinic (I'm 20) but the dentist basically pried open my mouth and told her assistant in dental terms what was going on, didn't explain anything to me, and left. Excellent Dentist Service all the way around. Staff is always helpful and welcoming! All four of my kids give Linquist Dental Five Stars :) We had used a very well known dentist in the area for many years, before insurance changed-sure they had a cool looking office, but my kids still felt afraid of the dentist, and we never got the "welcoming" feeling that Linquist dental sets off due to never having the same dentist, it was always different dental assistants working on my kids at the previous dentist.
