I give it 1 star because I can’t do less. This rating does not reflect the staff at their locations, it’s corporate that gets 0 stars from me. They are very greedy and sneaky in how they take your money. They kept charging my card after the 1 year contract was over. Their policy is to keep charging your card even after the contract is over unless you go in physically to cancel then wait 30 days. It seems very ‘got ya’ policy.
