The staff is attentive and sweet, Chris Nelly and Bob are/make a great team together and pay attention to our needs. The downfall is that the hours aren't as convenient. They close at 4pm and don't open on Sat Morning, as they are short staffed. So it makes it hard to get to them during those hours if you have a full time job.
