This review done two years ago by Lea is crazy. I know several people, including myself who have been highly successful and happy with Lindora. I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off. Lea must have done it all wrong. First off, this is NOT a 600 calorie a day diet. It is double that. Not sure she can count. Secondly, you get to eat two fruit servings a day and two servings a day of vegetables and you have salad twice a day. Save your money and your health – I only had 20 lbs to lose. I am great at maintaining weight, but I just couldn't seem to get rid of the last 20 lbs of baby weight. I went to Lindora because I wanted to lose weight safely in a supportive environment.
