Best Mexican Food in Vancouver-I Love this Place i have been coming here for around 15 years, Their Chips, & salsa are the best, and the service is second to none. I also like the Chimichango with Crab meat on the inside of it. Also they now serve tacos outside of this location in the summer, & inside during the fall & winter for just a $1.35. Thanks Jesus, and crew for doing such a great job serving me and my family for years.
Lindo Mexico has me spoiled! – Best Mexican food in years, now I'm spoiled! Recently had a couple of occasions to dine at Lindo Mexico's and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Service is also great. Visited another Mexican restaurant in Olympia yesterday, higher prices for food that was nowhere near as tasty! Lindo's does have me spoiled and looking forward to the next visit. Great service, great food, great prices – Now I know you'll think I'm biased because I'm a proud member of the Lindo's team, but I can honestly say before working there I couldn't eat mexican food more than once or twice a month. Muchas doesn't count. Since I've started working there I eat there at least twice a week, because I like the food. New Change, New Format , New Attitude!! New Phone Number! – 360--433-2296...Not that this place was not amazing before, but now they have happy hour ALL DAY for food, very cheap drinks @ happy hour.. a HUGE Christmas show with Funkshop DJ's and Just amazing service... The restaurant is still open 11am-2am. The bar is huge for dancing and new formats coming out.. Look for Lindo Mexico to be the next hottest thing in the "couv" for the long haul!! Great Food , Great Service – The food was very good and plenteous. My teenage girls left with very full and with some great food to take home. The service is very attentive and friendly. . My wife reports that she enjoyed the best Mole she's ever had..."It's just perfect..." The 'Fried Ice Cream" is beyond very good. We ordered one with four spoons...." Mexican food I'd actually give this place a 3+ star or a 4- but there isn't that option so I went with the 4. This restaurant is right off Mill Plain in Vancouver so you would think it would be easy to find but it is in the back corner of an odd shaped strip mall so it is kind of hard to see from the street. Avoid altogether – I will eat at the other Mexican restaurants first before coming back here again. The service was not bad but the food lacked taste and style. What Mexican restaurant does not have any limes on Friday at 6pm? Do not go for the desserts either, the deep fried ice cream was not deep fried but instead covered in cornflakes and drowned in whip cream, I imagine to hid the fact.
Lindo got a face lift – The strip mall it's in recently got a nice face lift. Before that, Lindo Mexico was a little "dive-ish". Great food though and they make the drinks nice and strong!
Nice Mexican Restaurant – A truely nice dining experience! They serve traditional Mexican food and GREAT margaritas. This is one of two restraunts in Vancouver run by the same folks. The other, Mexico Lindo is just a mile or so west on Mill Plain and serves equally good food in a much smaller location. Try them both and see if I'm correct.
