I always order a Venti, but they invariably make me a Grande instead. When they pour the coffee from a Grande cup into a Venti, the ice melts, and the coffee loses its original quality. Today, I ordered an Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso, but it didn't live up to my expectations. Again, they made a Grande instead of a Venti, and the taste was nothing special. It was no different from instant coffee.
The least you can do is update your business hours. Business hours state open on Saturday until 5pm. They are not open on Saturdays. How unprofessional.
Had the worst Salted caramel mocha frappachino! Yhe guy didnt even know how to make it he just blended it altogether
