Does not pay employees gas for taking clients anywhere they want to go . Does not pay employees on right date they said they would pay. Not a good company at all , however clients are amazing .
The initial interview went very well... After my interview I got matched with a consumer whom I was excited to work with... After weeks of waiting I finally got started with my training. The trainer for the NCI class was rude and boring. When I told her I would have to reschedule due to school she was plainly rude and she was very insensitive. Great place to work and learn about the field!
All around a top notch company! I have worked at Lindley for almost 4 years and I have to say that, including all of our locations and our many staff, I couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to work with; which is so important when you spend so much time with the same people. Although I work in Operations, I too get the joy of interacting with many of our wonderful consumers, their families and support staff through all the awesome activities we have here year round!
