Lived there for about 3 years, constant electrical issues with bedrooms being on the same breaker, The closet panel doors always fell off the tracks or broke in some other way, bathroom fans kept turning on all the time, tried to clean the walls and the paint started to come off. Once we moved out, after getting a professional cleaner to come in, we were hit with 4K in damages. most of it was either normal life damage or things that had been there before we moved in. friend of ours said they did the same to him about his dog... read more
I moved here in 2020 and I have had along list of maintenance the manager and maintenance never fixed from a towel rack falling off the wall and all I did was remove the towel, my electrical acting up where I couldn't use the plug ins in the kitchen and my bedroom they weren't working for 2 weeks, and recently the washing machine squeaks and bangs, I reported it to maintenance and was told by the maintenance guy to just do smaller loads. Now as of March 10th the elevator is making banging noises and they still haven't fixed ... read more
