Great customer service, tooo gooood! Their properties are a standing ham radio antenna so they can monitor them at all times ...... I DONT WANT that kind of service!!!!!!
Multiple calls after submitting a 710 credit score. Paid the fee. This company should not manage properties. They don't call back. Trying to relocate from Philadelphia. I would not even dream of trying to utilize them for my future home purchase. Their reviews are obviously from people they beg or friends to boost their reviews. Such pure lies listed in the positive reviews.
As an attorney that can pass the menial monies or any required need for their requirements, don't spend the money. Every person that stated they don't return phone calls is true. Most of these property management companies rack up money from getting you to pay a fee for a background check. I'm actually going to file a civil suit against this company for fraud.
