Set up an appointment on their website, sent me an email with the scheduling information, from their website then blew us off. Never showed, emailed or called. If your going to use your website for people to request a consult make sure you actually use it!
Honestly a better experience than we could have anticipated! Alex is insightful, knowledgeable, and astute. The finished patio is better than we ever would have imagined without his expertise. He was professional, did more than requested, and was able to get our project done sooner than we expected! (The biggest downside is now we have several projects that we will be using him for, and plan on helping keep him a little busy- so you’d better call fast if you want to get on his schedule !!)
Update *** Thank you Linder for coming out and coming up with a solution to our problem. We’re not sure what happened with the miscommunication, but we did finally connect. They were able to fix our issue and gave us tips on keeping our patio looking nice. Poor customer service. We were happy with the patio they put in for us for about a year. Alex and his team did gorgeous work on our new driveway, walk-way, patio and firepit. They are concrete artisans and really know their craft. Technically, they regraded a problem "ski ramp" driveway situation and smoothed it out beautifully, expertly designed to manage rain/surface water, and built an outdoor shower base. Aesthetically, they did beautiful work with exposed aggregate on the patio and walk-way, and brushed concrete with exposed aggregate accents for the driveway. The gas firepit is a wow factor.
