I have a silver permanent bracelet that unfortunately broke off while playing with my dog yesterday, I called Linden and asked if they would reconnect it for me to my happy surprise they said yes and I had an appointment the next day(today). I had an engagement ring made for my fiance here after looking around many stores and just not finding exactly what I was looking for. Jade took the idea I had for the ring and helped bring it to life for me. The ring ended up looking so perfect, it was exactly what I had asked for. Jade checked in and gave me updates throughout the entire process so I felt like I knew what was going on at all times! I am happy I found this store and can’t wait to use them for all my future needs!
Jennifer and Eva are wonderful! BUT the owner needs a lesson in customer service. Not that she cares but I will not go back as soon as I get what I’ve already paid for.
Got a permanent bracelet here a few years ago and had great service then. Had an appointment to go back today to get my bracelet resized and the ladies were so sweet and fun! Highly recommend!
