Went in for a repair only for my ring to break in another spot the same day I picked it up. Then they wanted to charge me another hundred dollars to fix it. Poor service and felt like they were trying to up charge the whole time. Won’t go back.
My wife and I visited the Bentonville AR Linden's Jewelry today, Nov. 15 2025 in the morning. She needed to have a silver charm bracelet safety chain repaired and Jennifer assisted us. She found a tiny silver link that was close to the original sized link and she "soldered" it on! Looks as good as new,and she didn't charge me anything for doing so! That is above and beyond personal service Thanks!
I have a silver permanent bracelet that unfortunately broke off while playing with my dog yesterday, I called Linden and asked if they would reconnect it for me to my happy surprise they said yes and I had an appointment the next day(today). I had an engagement ring made for my fiance here after looking around many stores and just not finding exactly what I was looking for. Jade took the idea I had for the ring and helped bring it to life for me. The ring ended up looking so perfect, it was exactly what I had asked for. Jade checked in and gave me updates throughout the entire process so I felt like I knew what was going on at all times!
