This out of town company owns property next to my house and has let it rot away, creating so much blight and creating hazards for my home. They don't take care of it at all! Trash. I cannot remember the lady I worked with after being there for about 4 months but she was rude and unprofessional. There were things that happened in the home that was promptly addressed but her demeanor was a turn off. If she is still with the company, I remember her face and if I heard the name I'd remember, I'll never do business with them again. I rented from Lindenmuth for sixteen months and it started good when the previous manager was there then all the employees who were there when I rented all quit and things went downhill from there. I never received a new lease (thankfully), I had safety concerns and Ms Pat told me the owner is not addressing it and I can move and there is just a lack of business savvy.
