Everyone from signing in to completing surgery I felt very well taken care of
My family member was well taken care of throughout the entire process. We were well-informed from beginning to end and the staff was efficient, professional and kind. The doctors (including the anesthesiologist) were excellent and did exceptional work. Although you do have to pay your coinsurance upfront, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. The level of care was outstanding, the facility was clean, and you felt as if you were the only patient booked for the entire day.
After telling them that both my insurance and HR person said I shouldn’t be paying anything upfront. I had to pay $1300 before they would do my knee surgery. I was then told that I would get reimbursed right away as soon as they received a payment from my insurance. My insurance paid and I am still waiting and now being told it could be up to 30 days. I would not go there or recommend this place to anyone.
Sure you guys canceled my very much needed total knee replacement surgery.....THE DAY BEFORE it was scheduled because you decided you didn't want to take my insurance anymore even though I had a booked for 3 weeks..left me scrambling over labor day week to find a place to accommodate me absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had
The receptionist Courtney is so awesome. My daughter came for surgery on her ankle and the lady has been nothing but really nice, asked if we needed anything to drink or snacks. So friendly and kind to us. Thank you so much ☺️
