The level of care is great and while they try to get you in quickly, they will close without notice because they schedule all appointments as tightly as possible so they can all leave early, even the answering service says they don’t think it’s right that they should leave early each day. When my child is sick, and it’s within your designated office hours, I should at least be able to call and schedule an appointment.
I brought my elementary aged children in today for a new patient exam and I’m honestly completely blown away by the level of care we received. I can count on one hand the providers I’ve met within my lifetime who have really wowed me, and the entire staff here today was exceptional. The administrator at the front desk was warm and welcoming.
