I have been going to this office since I was first prescribed glasses, but on my recent visit, one of the staff members showed their true colors. While my guardian signed me in, he asked a harmless question about my appointment but was met with vulgarity from one of the receptionists who asked, “Do you understand English?!” The receptionist had no manners whatsoever and was inconsiderate about the fact many people speak English as a second language. I'M waiting over 1 and 20 minutes , staff is rude, and it looks like they triple book, I have 2 four year old babies and after a hours they get restless ,, I gave up keeping them in check...NOW THEY ARE RECKING THE JOINT... I RECOMMEND GOING YO A DIFFRENT DR..... I WILL BE CALL MY HMO AND GETTING A DIFFRENT DR FOR MY KIDS
I came here with my mom for dr appt for 9am and 9:30 still nothing so my mom goes up and ask the receptionist says 1 more person in front of you but meanwhile she does printing her chart out then, and then they call her in when she brings that chart into back. The receptionist are rude and obnoxious little girls worst place ever been.
