This is the second time my dad has been here for rehab this year. He has good comments about the food, physical therapy and staff. He’s been at other rehab places in the past which he has complained about. So we are relieved and glad he is giving positive reviews about this one!
I would give this place negative stars if possible. Mom has been there for rehab for 4 weeks now. First day there, CNA comes into her room to clean her up and is holding a conversation on her cellphone while cleaning mom up. And then proceeds to tell my mom to help her because she's killing her back. Let's define Linden Grove's rehab...Sitting in a wheel chair in a group of 5-6 hitting a balloon back and forth between other patients, passing a wooden block between patients. Seriously??? A family member stayed here for rehab and during their stay we were told that they were doing such a good job and improving so much, that the insurance ended up cutting their stay short.. but upon returning home they could barely walk without assistance, use the bathroom without assistance, and had a new wound that no one at the facility knew about it.
