Vincent greeted us warmly upon our arrival, making the check-in process effortless. He was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, offering fantastic recommendations for local dining that really enhanced our trip. The presence of a lovely, friendly cat was a charming and memorable touch. We will definitely be returning!
Checked in late evening. Front desk was a bit arrogant and not very friendly. She didn't welcome us or smile at all. We did not feel welcome or acknowledged. Hospitality requires friendly and welcoming vibes if you can't provide that to patrons don't work in Hospitality. Did not get that when we arrived.
The parlor room was like a trip through time. So elegant and gorgeous with a fantastic bed, slept great. Really enjoyed our stay here. Vincent was incredible from when I called to inquire about the property, helping me make my reservation all the way through check in & out. A fantastic ambassador for the hotel !! We will be back!!! We have to come back to pet Annabelle 🐈⬛
Well, not sure what to say about this place. It's historic and has a beautiful outdoor area. It's in the middle of town. The reps are great. The king bed was good. But it is *old*; floors slope; stairs are steep w minimal railings; rooms have noisy plumbing. If you dig historic then do this.
