Now they have a system voicemail where they never answer the phone. Dr says I can make a same day appointment, but the voicemail system says we can't leave a message unless we are doctors or we are going to cancel an appointment. It is disappointing specifically when you need your family Dr.
I had an excellent experience at Linden Ridge Eye Care. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was clearly explained to me in a friendly and patient manner
Dr Choy has been my doctor for over a decade now. He's earning the 4 stars of my review even though he deserves 5 stars. Im not sure what happened to the office staff upfront. Last 3 times I have called to check on something important ive been left on hold so long it has taken me to the voicemail. That is unacceptable. Not to mention being hung up on twice.
