Travis was very efficient & personable. A asset to the Peak Living
Interacting with Maria and Travis has been a real pleasure. They genuinely seem to care and they patiently explain all of the details of the application. I assisted a Congolese refugee family with the application, and Maria and Travis showed complete respect and patience when language required using a Google Translator. Nice property too. Applicants from any background will feel comfortable there.
Linden Ridge has truly been a lifesaver for me and my family. Anytime we’ve had an issue, their team has responded the same day and taken excellent care of us. Travis has always been extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails, which I greatly appreciate. I’m also always delighted to hear Ms. Maria’s friendly voice—she consistently provides wonderful customer service and makes sure all of our questions are answered.
I moved to Linden Ridge about five months ago and Travis was who I dealt with for the most part. Travis was wonderful from the beginning. I stayed over an hour away and I work every day during business hours, so coming to the apartments to do a walk-through wasn’t possible for me when I asked for a virtual tour he had no issue doing that for me.
