The only reason this gets more than one is because it has the potential to be a great apartment complex. Craig, the landlord, will not return phone calls or texts about any issue at all. This place has so many roaches its unreal. You get them literally crawling all over the place making you feel disgusted just to live there. So nasty. Just avoid and go somewhere else.
Thank you for taking the time to show us two different apartments . It was kind of you to stop working on the lawn to show us around the property unannounced . The units were very clean compared to the ones we have been seeing. The grounds were also very kept up and it was nice with the flowers all around. Again thank you for your time. We will be submitting application today.
