This place is absolutely horrible I applied out there and I was not disabled enough even though I am legally disabled and I don't use a walker or a wheelchair or a cane from what Kim told me. I received disability checks and I know people who live there who do not use a walker or cane or Walker who live there who are on disability. My grandma has lived in this apartment complex for years. Over the past YEAR, there has been significant water damage around her AC & water heater, which has resulted in the peeling of paint and dry wall. My grandma has contacted management a number of times after noticing BLACK MOLD in the walls & management has continued to gas light her saying "it's just water damage."
