Found a dead rat in my unit. Contact management and they can’t help me unless I have insurance with them. It’s sad when you rent a heated secure facility and find a dead rat and feces on your possessions

I was greeted with a friendly smile and voice as all my questions and concerns were answered.. the young lady behind the counter was so professional with her answers and help me with my return of the truck rental.. I left feeling like all my worries are over. thank you kylee
