A rather long wait til I was called by the optician, even though I had made an appointment ahead. But, perhaps that’s how it’s set up so that one has time to pick out frames before being called by the optician to order frames. Communication could be better when one checks in at front desk. All staff were very friendly, helpful & nice. Huge selection of frames.
The doctor K.K. was very nice , she listened to all of us, it was my family annual visit she was attentive to each of us need .. Also , Saida... the lady who helped us with the frame measurements was also, kind attentive and very friendly... we have double insurance and she was very patient explaining again to all of us.... what services/benefits we had... excelente visit day.
I'm a huge fan of Dr. Alan Limfat! He is the very best in the business, hands down. He takes the time to answer questions and review his findings with you. His assistant was great! The reason Linden Optometry doesn't get a 5 is because of the staff at the counter. Seems like a very toxic work environment. I had to wait. while two women, dealing with the paperwork, started arguing and other staff joined in. That was UNCOMFORTABLE!
