I have been living here for two years, and the service at the office has become a really bad experience. A girl named Estefanía assisted us very kindly and was willing to try to resolve any problem that arose. However, the other lady is not very kind or friendly. The times I went to ask her about a concern, her response was simply negative and without a good argument, not trying to solve the problem at all but rather trying to end the conversation quickly. I am disappointed by the lack of willingness from part of the staff.
Moldy and humid unit…there’s been 4 notices on Ring that cars are getting broken into this past month. There’s been 2 instances where people are noticeably on drugs and one possible death due to overdose. Not safe.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve been living here for almost a year. And can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can leave. We have noise coming from upstairs and the office does nothing to fix this situation. They tow your car without previous notice if you don’t have your sticker. They don’t pick up the trash that cannot fit in a bag.
