The apartment and the area are nice-looking, and Stephanie is honestly the only bright spot. She’s kind, professional, and actually helpful. If I go to the office and Stephanie’s not there, I’d rather come back another day — that’s how badly the rest of the staff treats residents. 0 stars. Do not move here, I’m speaking from the heart. I have a 5-month-old baby and I’ve spent sleepless nights because of my neighbors making noise at midnight, 3 AM, and 6 AM. If they weren’t so loud, I wouldn’t have to record everything like I’m living in a war zone, but management says it’s “normal.” The manager María does nothing no one on the team does. Pros: Nice looking apartments. I felt safe. Walking distance to a Walmart and Publix, various restaurants and gas stations nearby. Cons: Management doesn’t answer the phone and are extremely difficult to reach. Mold issues and awful smokey smell in apartment despite incessant cleaning. I had to purchase a dehumidifier and run it 24/7 while living there, which helped a little, but it didn’t resolve.
