Update: they have fixed it. Just very frustrating that its the 4th time to have a working ice maker. The ice makers for the 3rd time and now wont make ice since the install was done wrong.
The servicemen were prompt and & knew how to fix the problem.

Redwood Altoona was my home for over three years. My husband and I were very happy there. The convience of one floor living and having a connected garage was great. The only reason I moved was when my husband passed away, the rent was more than I wanted to pay for one person. I had great neighbors. The office handled any concern, promptly. My only real complaint was the grass cutting. My front area was never mowed short enough or very neat.
