You think at first that these people would be caring, helpful and understanding. Then all of a sudden, they pull the rug out from under you and leave you and your child hanging. We had Influenza a in our home and was not able to be there but let them know and they didn't give a shit. I drove my child there sick as a dog and called to ask can I drop her off and they said NO I had to bring her up. Saying they are going to leave recommendations in my chart.
