My burning man camp has been using Linden mini storage in Reno for the past 3 years. The staff are responsive and nice to deal with. The storage space itself serves our needs and will continue using them. Would recommend for fellow burners.

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and very supportive of Burners. They even keep the facility open 24 hours during Burning Man season, which is a huge help. Highly recommend!

UPDATE TO REVIEW: Linden refused to return my rent for the month that I had vacated the unit and charged the new tenant for the same month, double-dipping for the month, and stopped communicating with me entirely. Can never recommend this storage facility again. ~~~~~~ We've been using Linden Storage for our Burning Man camp needs since 2015 and could not be happier. The staff is always helpful, the space is clean and secure, and access is a breeze. We look forward to storing our camp here for many years to come!

This company was amazing to deal with for burning man. We live in Canada so had to ship A LOT of stuff from companies directly and from Canada starting easily a month before. We were able to ship everything to the storage facility and all of it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was fantastic throughout. There's no way we could have done it without them.
