I spent my last non-counterfeit 20 dollars in an effort to establish a medical examination which I believed I needed at the time . What I received in return was a ridiculous and totally unrealistic blood test result and a moronic spiel as regards a transfusion which I do not need . This must be Halloween without the Trick or Treat lollipop . What a waste of Medicare funds ! Enough stated and evaluated . Very good and nice doctors work there. Girls at the front desk are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend them.
I would like to say this office and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about my health and issues. Wait time is no longer then 10 min I would recommend to anyone to visit this office.
Dr. Serrano is a saint. She is very patient, truly listens to the patient, and can maneuver complex symptoms to get a proper diagnosis. The front desk always pleasant and courteous. The office manager, Joanna is very professional and knowledgeable, always willing to step in to speed up the check in process if needed. I travel for over an hour to see them, that itself speaks volumes !
