Prompt and courteous resolution of maintenance request
I wouldn’t even give the property one star. Avenue living continuously says they’ll be in touch but never reach out. Upon moving out all of my furniture was infested with cockroaches and i had to start fresh. STAIRS! Many many manyyyyyyy stairs.
Do not recommend living at this building. First of all the building is cockroach infested and the building manager knew about it and didn't disclose it upon moving in but they have the audacity to tell future landlords when doing background checks that it's cockroach infested, and they did get any exterminators until we complained to head office above them. Second they only have one semi functioning washer and dryer while the other just eat all the money and they didn't fix it the whole year we lived there. The front door is... read more
This is a older building so they are still renovating it takes time and money. They deal with it as well as they can. They should maybe screen people when they apply to rent ,it,s not easy to find good tenants ,need to look at it from all angles.
