We just finished our first one year lease here and we are going to be renewing. This is also the first apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived in, but here's my experience so far: It's been great! These are some of the nicest apartments i've personally seen, and it's a blessing to live here. The units are clean and well kept, as are the grounds and lawn. Pretty good, constant noise and disturbance from for some reason, very foul mouthed children, that they seem to have no care for and let run rampant around the apartments almost as much as they run their mouths with swearing and the occasional r-slur. If you're a shut in who can't have a window open, this place is for you, if you like peace and quiet, and something to do about it if it's disturbed, keep looking
