Lived here for six months in late 2022, early 2023. The on-site property manager and maintenance staff are quite helpful, but the company that owns this place is truly awful. They tried to raise my rent by 15% when I went to renew my lease, I moved out instead. After I left, they sent me to a debt collection agency for a $30 charge which I had already paid. I am never living at a property owned by this company again.
Everybody seems really nice and helpful. Management seems to be very on top of things as well as friendly. So far all is great and I'm sure the more we settle in the more neighbors we will meet
I have been living here for a couple years and it has been really nice. The building manager and maintenance guy have been a pleasure to work with if I have any issues. Location is great, being so close to so many grocery stores and dining options
