Echoing reviews from years passed. The location is near a lot of grocery stores and such, main redeeming quality of the place. While it's a place to live, that's not saying much. Constant sounds of running water from various areas in the home, smelly building, definitely has more than it's share of wear and tear throughout the unit and building. Lived here for six months in late 2022, early 2023. The on-site property manager and maintenance staff are quite helpful, but the company that owns this place is truly awful. They tried to raise my rent by 15% when I went to renew my lease, I moved out instead. After I left, they sent me to a debt collection agency for a $30 charge which I had already paid. I am never living at a property owned by this company again.
Everybody seems really nice and helpful. Management seems to be very on top of things as well as friendly. So far all is great and I'm sure the more we settle in the more neighbors we will meet
