I had a great experience at this store. The service was fast, the staff was very friendly, and they have a wonderful selection of frames for children. I also really liked how the office looks—clean, modern, and welcoming. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place.
I got a message I was due for an eye exam, they made my apportionment for a monday! Go there, the receptionist told me i didn’t have an appointment after a few mins she told that my appointment was actually on Wednesday! Even when i received a call and message specifying it was for Monday the 17th of November. How ever she said she can still see me I asked how long will the wait be, the receptionist said about an hour, i kept seeing people coming jnto the office and been seen by the doctor! I kept asking when will i be seen ... read more

I had a disappointing experience here. I was given contact lenses labeled as “samples” even though I paid for a full order. When I asked questions, I didn’t feel like I got a clear explanation. I wouldn’t recommend this place because it feels unprofessional and misleading.
