I thought the intake process would be faster, but it took a little longer than I thought. I could tell they wanted to get me into the right treatment program. The person I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and truly wanted to help. In general, it was a very good experience.
It was one of the best calls I've ever made. Because they didn't judge me, they listened, answered all of my questions about addiction treatment, and helped me find a rehab center that was a good fit for me. If you need help, I really think you should reach out.
