Another summer without the pool. Management took the cover off and put a hose in it to pretend they were filling it up. This lasted for over a month because investors were looking at the property. The pool hasn't been functional for almost 3 years. Hasn't worked in over two summers. There are no plans to repair or fix the pool. Just plans to pretend they are doing that. They'll force you to pay 15 bucks a month for liability insurance, even when your legitimate renters insurance would take precedent. Greedy greedy greedy. 15... read more
Update: after living here a year and being taken over by a new owner company, I'm now being forced to pay for liability insurance on the property when I already have renters insurance that includes liability insurance on the property. Shady, wannabe corporate attitude. Still no working pool, and there never will be. Overall this place is a pretty decent value for the cost. I am only posting this review because I cannot express enough how awful mine and my husbands experience with Linden Colonial was, and I hope other people can see this so they do not have to endure it. The only reason this place even deserves one star is because the only good thing about this place is Erika (the property manager/landlord). We were harassed for two years from our downstairs neighbor and the only one that did anything about it was Erika.
