RATS AND MOLD I call the office 2 months ago about a rats problem no help went in the off again this month to re report the rats problem and fixing my sink they messed up NOTHING I WENT YESTERDAY TO SHOW PICTURES OF RATS EAT MY FLOOR UP LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS -100 rates
Not worth it. Cockroaches outnumbered the Richmond city residents. Had a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom for at least a year and black mold. Was never taken care of before I moved out. Lived there three years. Rent kept being raised by more than allowed. Do not recommend at all.
