Great place! All the appliances work well and maintenance is very responsive. Cute place in a great location.
My girlfriend and I have lived at Linden Apartments a little over a month now. They are old and minimalist, but they have great character and I have experienced less upkeep related issues here than in any of the other (many) cheap apartments that I’ve lived in over the years in Nashville and Franklin. The price is fantastic, my neighbors are all very nice and quiet, and Jenny at the leasing office and the maintenance staff are both pleasant and helpful. Preface: I am not discounting anyone’s experience at these apartments, but mine was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews, but I saw some on here that didn’t quite match my experience so I wanted to give the opposing side! I lived at Linden Apartments for 12 months, and while I had a few maintenance issues, they were always there in a timely fashion to take care of it. I have lived in many terrible apartments, but this one takes the cake. I moved in here August 2019, and immediately regretted it. We are informed that there is no central air, but are ensured that the unit will cool the whole apartment. It definitely does not. Though the location is nice, the apartments are not even close to being worth it. I had to get maintenance in on multiple separate occasions.
