Live at the Riley apartments. New Manager has been great about getting stuff fixed. Furnace went they tried as hard as they could to get another one installed in a good time frame. She also is working hard on taking care of the parking issues here. I would say things are much better here now since the new manager took over.

Great apt IF you like roaches. It's roach infested! Rather than deal with the roaches, they house undocumented people who dare not complain about anything...including roaches in their bed. Roaches so bad, they are even OUTSIDE the apartment. Google the address. On Google Map, you will see an exterminator truck parked at the property. The buildings are so infested, because the exterminator doesn't have enough spray to kill them all.

Management likes to harass tenants who they don't like. They don't clean the laundry room or any other common area since the new management took over the new maintenance man is beyond unprofessional he locked himself in my bathroom when he was suppose to fix my toilet which didn't get done but it looked like all my stuff was gone gone through and he used all my toilet paper to clean up some mess don't live here unless you like roaches and hearing Mexican music all night while they party
