Linden43 is located on one of the best corners in Minneapolis! The building is walkable to some of the best restaurants, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and more. The apartment interiors are finished with modern & high-quality selections, nearly sound-proof building materials, and thoughtful floor plans. The building has a nice neighborly feel with many residents signing multi-year leases.
We visited the linden 43 recently and it was a very beautiful building in a great location!!
These apartments are so beautiful and in the most perfect location. Very clean and full of great energy. Love these so much!!!!
For the past 42 days, which is twice the legally permitted limit of 21 days in Minnesota to return a security deposit to a tenant, the DM Companies, which is the property management company for the Linden43 Apartments, has failed, despite numerous phone calls and text messages, to return our security deposit, including the statutory interest, even though it has been confirmed by a DM Companies employee that there were absolutely no issues with the apartment when we vacated it.
Excellent building, not too big and not too small. The apartments are modern and tastefully appointed. The maintenance is immaculate, and the management and repair staff are top-notch: professional, knowledgeable and attentive.
