We had such an amazing experience with Lindemann Chimney Co.! Tommy was our serviceman and I highly recommend him/his company! I was so thankful for the way he explained our problem, showed us pictures and offered options to fix our problem. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision on the spot. On day of service, they were on time and cleaned up after themselves!! After the project, I was shown pictures on what they did. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family!
The service rep who met with us to discuss our problem and solution was knowledgeable and nice to work with. Service was completed on time in a professional manor .
We got a totally bogus quote from this company. We inquired their services for a chimney sweep and they determined the fireplace/chimney is unusable and quoted us $4600 to redo our chimney. Well, we had a family friend who is a mason look at the pictures from the assessment and he said it’s not only totally useable but absolutely clean. I’m not one to post a bad review but this kind of deception drives me nuts! Always get multiple quotes and I would steer clear of these guys.
Technician very mindful of keeping area clean and untracked. Timely scheduling, and on time service. If you burn wood, the approx 1/2 face cord is a good touch.
On time professional service, quality work. fairly priced. Mike the serviceman was highly skilled and did an excellent job on repairing my chimney! I would highly recommend.
I had to have two liners installed, so not an inexpensive job. Lindemann answered all my questions ahead of time, and then did the work in the timeframe they had given me and it completely solved the problem we had been suffering with for a couple years (smoky smell in the house with every fire). Thanks to Erik and crew for a professional job. Also had a basic chimney clean service recently - another good job. Nice to be able to pick up "free" firewood, too!
Thank you to Lindemann Chimney Service and to Jim for not only doing an incredibly efficient job, but for also playing along with our son, Mason’s belief that Santa had contacted him so our chimney could be cleaned in preparation for Santa sliding down the chimney a bit easier in time for Christmas. 😊 It made his day brighter!

What I liked the best is that the person who did the bid quote was the person who did the work so trust was established cause Mike listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver the attention to detail I needed to have this chimney repair ( problem was revealed at home purchase inspection) completed so it would only need routine service in the future.
