Brian was helpful. We purposely had a sit down meeting face to face to go through everything. He is easy to talk to. Every year or so we chat on the phone to discuss market conditions and stuff.
Always available to answer questions. Excellent customer service service and provides price reviews on policies when requested.
Working with Brian is always quick to answer our questions. When we recently had to have new siding and roofing replaced, he straightened out a misunderstanding with the claims adjuster, who was incorrect on our policy. We weren’t real happy to work with her so having Brian handling it was great!
Very friendly and gets the job done fast!!!
