After multiple attempts to have my child scheduled someone finally returned my call after over a month. Once scheduled I requested review of insurance coverage, which was met with reassurance that they would be sure to get an estimate before the first appointment. This was not done by the time we were a week out from the appointment so I called to cancel the appointment, 5 days out from the scheduled date. This office worked with us to get help our child while also meeting the requirements of legal powers that be. They were understanding, accommodating, professional, and efficient.
