They came out to flush my water heater because of the noise it was making from hard water residue. I was charged twice what i was told. Literally could almost buy a new water heater for what I was charged. They left and it was still making noise but not as bad. A few days later back to the same loud noise. I made several calls to the company over the course of a few months and still have not gotten a return phone call. I do not want them back at this point, but I know now that they do not stand behind their work.
Highly recommend Lindel. Great company to work with. They sent me plumbers with solutions and got straight to work. They were so respectful and knowledgeable. Another company sent me a salesperson, didn’t come prepared to do the work, wasted 2 hrs of my work day and their quote was too pricey. Lindell gave competitive price up front, sent actual plumbers and were completed in no time. No sales pitch, no price change, no hassle! Just great work and very trustworthy plumbers.
They were here within 20 minutes of me calling. They were nice guys, worked efficiently, did the job right, cleaned up their mess, and didn't try to rip us off. I recommend them highly!
