Wont answer phone or send the product! I ordered for a special presentation and told them it was needed by a date and to let me know if it would make it...... no answer. They basically STOLE my money.... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Lindeburg & Co is stylish. They have a beautiful selection of diamonds and precious gems of all styles and colors. There service is excellent; they have a 24hr. jewelry repair service on the premises. There work is guaranteed.
So much no... They don't make gavels or sounding blocks... BUT you can sure waste your time ordering and one. They still show that they sell them on their website, but they won't make it, and they wont hire someone to make them, or sell the molds for someone else to make them. I wish they had a little sympathy for the Rainbow girls and other that are looking for this type of gavel.
Rude and very disrespectful
Placed order for one pin evening of 10/24/17. Called the following week to see what the lead time was to ship out. Didn't get any kind of committal or answer, just that her helper had passed away. My card didn't even get charged until after that call. The following week, called again. Nice conversation, but when I pointed out again that I'm two days mail away, she suggested I just drive up there and then she'd find my order. Seriously?!
