Living here since January 2026 , today I requested maintenance to come to fix something in my apartment and the person was very nice and very friendly, just in general everyone from the office is very nice and very friendly and helpful ever time you need something from them there respond quickly to your request.I very highly recommend this property management to rent apartments from them 5⭐.

Everyone at Lindcrest is awesome to work with and quick to respond to any questions/concerns or issues that may arise. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly, polite and professional!
Alex, who heads up the maintenance team at Lindcrest, is an awesome guy! He is skilled, reliable and was quick to solve all issues that arose during my stay in St. Louis. Jessica, the property manager, was great as well. She was communicative, friendly, flexible and ensured that my move in and move out processes went smoothly. Price of rent, condition of place, etc. was comparable to similar properties in the area. I would do business with the team at Lindcrest again. Thanks for everything. 😊
